Alex Romanov

Alex Romanov is an accomplished business executive with a history of identifying opportunities and turning them into high growth and profitable enterprises. Alex has diverse experience in a variety of industries such as consumer electronics, communication, digital imaging, video gaming, and e-commerce. Alex was the CEO and President of Alpine Electronics in Canada for 16 years, building the company to over $50,000,000 in revenue with over 50% of the Canadian market share by 1995. After Alpine, Alex became CEO and major shareholder of Royal Oak Marketing and was responsible for over 100 employees and $120,000,000 in revenue. Royal Oak Marketing was sold for $29,000,000 to an American concern. Alex then co-founded Spherex Inc., which developed and marketed an Xbox gaming audio system. Spherex was then sold to another US concern in 2005. Alex has been iSIGN’s Chief Executive Officer since November 2007 and has successfully restructured the company, positioning it for rapid growth worldwide.

Mr. Simon Meredith, B.Sc., as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Meredith has over 25 years of successful strategic financial experience with several companies in various industries. He specializes in mergers/acquisitions, banking solutions, and the creation of sound financial infrastructure to support emerging businesses. Mr. Meredith holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Manchester, England and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Mr. Mark Janke, B.Sc. Electrical Engineering, P.Eng, as its Chief Technical Officer began his career working in the oil industry after getting a diploma in Instrumentation from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (N.A.I.T.), obtaining trade certification and then graduating from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. Mark continued to work in the field of industrial automation for over a decade until the year 2000 as a consultant and full time engineer with Universal Dynamics. During the late 90's Mark managed a development team with an annual budget of over 1,000,000 building a cutting edge model-based control solution called Brainwave. Brainwave helped lime kiln operators, brewers and others save millions of dollars in energy costs. In 2000, Mark joined the team at Intrinsyc Software managing the Field Application Engineering (FAE) team. The Intrinsyc FAE team helped top tier tech companies such as Motorola and Intel develop cutting edge mobile phone technologies. In 2005 Mark formed Deviceworx - a consulting firm that focused primarily on development of FDA certified bio-medical devices including remote cardiac monitors. In 2009, Mark joined iSIGN as C.T.O. and began to work with Chris Losari in commercializing the Interactive Marketing Solution (IMS) software product for Bluetooth proximity marketing. Following this, Mark and Chris developed the Smart Antenna device - extending IMS capabilities by building an robust, all-weather embedded device that includes simultaneous Wi-Fi and Bluetooth communications capabilities with comprehensive server support for remote device configuration and statistical monitoring.
