“During the launch of iSIGN Media at our store, I saw an impressive increase in sales. I believe that the promotion held by iSIGN not only attracted more shoppers but led to customer retention within the store. I am interested in making this promotion a regular feature at the Ngee Ann City retail store.”
– Gary Goh Store Manager, Best Denki Ngee Ann City

EBISU logo

EBISU Japanese Restaurant in Vancouver saw an immediate10% lift in sales after broadcasting an offer for a free order of chicken wings via Bluetooth using iSIGN’s solution. To redeem, the ad would simply be shown to the server.

Mr. Deon Taw, manager of the restaurant, noted that up to 10 people per day were responding to the mobile ads and redeeming their ‘mobile coupon’. This promotion gave a great buzz around the city, thus bringing in more business.

Flight Centre Logo

Flight Centre has worked with iSIGN Media on various initiatives in Vancouver over the past 2 years. They have used iSIGN screens for display advertising and have also used the Bluetooth® Messaging Technology that iSIGN Media offers, both of which Flight Centre found valueable.

Eric Sakawsky, the National Marketing Manager with Flight centre states "iSIGN Media's Bluetooth® Messaging Technology is very intriguing and allowed us to get timely offers to people's mobile phones and helped us reach the public in a unique and memorable way." he also states "we are confident that iSIGN Media has helped grow the Flight Centre brand while keeping us top of mind in the Vancouver market when thinking travel."

Don Francesco

Don Francesco’s, a popular Vancouver restaurant that was recently listed in ZAGAT and inducted into the BC Restaurant Hall of Fame, first started advertising via Bluetooth using iSIGN’s solution in June 2007. The restaurant broadcasted their specials in a rich media content format that impressed patrons.

While Don Francesco’s had already made a name for itself in the community providing excellent fare and service, it continued to impress patrons by being innovative. Patrons complimented the restaurant on the fact that ads were non-intrusive, and Mr. Don Francesco Alongi, owner of the restaurant, said it also gave him the opportunity to promote their live music events as well.
