iSIGN in Discussions with Payolog LLC

We are pleased to announce that the Chief Marketing Officer for Payolog ( flew in from California and visited our office today for a face to face meeting to continue previous discussions and to further review our technology and its fit with their technology solutions. Payolog is an Irvine, California based company, with offices in Calgary and the UAE.  They are a processing company that provides a variety of payment system solutions in a number of fields, including: automated fare collection; mobile ticketing; event ticketing; loyalty management; credit and debit card management; prepaid card management; POS/terminal management and mobile city platforms. A Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement has been signed as a preliminary step towards reaching their stated goal of becoming a Value Added Reseller/Integrator for iSIGN technology.  Their desire is to add our proven mobile messaging capabilities to their technology for their clients, as well as to sell our technology as a standalone system to other companies. Further discussions are scheduled to continue towards the end of the month.

iSIGN to be Represented at Toronto’s Collision Conference

The Collision Conference runs from May 20-23 at the Enercare Centre in Toronto.  It is the fastest growing technology conference in North America and is the sister event of the Web Summit.  It is expected that this conference will host 25,000+ attendees, including CEOs from the world's largest companies, founders of start-ups, leading investors and media from over 120 countries, making it one of the largest gatherings entrepreneurs on the continent. As a part of York Region, the City of Richmond Hill and their Economic Development team will have a booth at the event and will be promoting Richmond Hill as "The Smart Place for Business"; a city that has a strong presence of technology companies and other major corporate businesses.  iSIGN is included in their printed material for this show, as they believe that "iSIGN Media is an amazing, technologically advanced company." iSIGN representatives will also be attending the show, as it is an extremely good opportunity to meet a variety of companies and their representatives and discuss and promote our technology.

Receipt of Conditional TSX Venture Approval for Coxcom Transaction

The TSX Venture Exchange ("Exchange") on May 6 conditionally approved the transaction as outlined in the Letter of Intent with Coxcom and Sat Reach.  As is normal in all such transactions, final approval from the Exchange is required prior to the close of this transaction.

iSIGN Receives Hi-Tek’s Initial Pre Payment Towards 200 Unit Release

iSIGN wishes to confirm receipt of Hi-Tek's pre-payment towards their 200 unit draw-down of their 1,000 unit order received in mid-March.  Further drawdown requests and related payments are expected within the next 30 days as unit quantities are confirmed with Hi-Tek's Omni Veil network clients.

iSIGN Announces 4 Year Partnership Agreement and Receipt of Purchase Order from Hi-Tek Media

iSIGN is pleased to announce that Hi-Tek Media, a US based digital marketing firm has signed a 4 year partnership agreement and has issued a purchase order for 1,000 Smart Antennas and 1,000 SAM subscriptions.  Under the terms of the purchase order, the Smart Antennas are to be delivered between April and December 31, 2019.  The SAM subscriptions are anticipated to be utilized  within the same time frame. The partnership agreement includes Hi-Tek's use of iSIGN technical and engineering services to provide the development of customized solutions for Hi-Tek's customers on an as required basis.  Hi-Tek is immediately targeting a number of channels and markets in the United States and expects to be expanding their channels and markets into Canada.
